Winemaking: Maturation in 500 litre puncheons with an 8 year old base.
Tasting comments: This is what you get if you juice a fruit mince pie - Christmas pudding, raisons and prunes fill the nose; a syrupy palate follows with a warming honey finish.
Fantastic after dinner with smelly cheese, or feel free to spoil yourself by pouring it over ice-cream, pancakes or porridge!! Fortified with cognac spirit, so once opened will last (rumour has it) 2 years.
