Soils: Black loam over limestone
Winemaking: The grapes are pressed in whole bunches without heavy crushing, keeping the skins intact. Fermentation is in stainless steel with contact followed by cold stabilization, placing the emphasis on natural grape sweetness, and resulting in low alcohol wine.
Tasting Notes: The colour is sparkling pink jelly crystals. The nose is Turkish Delight, raspberry, strawberries and roses. The sweetness extends to your palate with the addition of strawberries but with a slight dry finish. The end is a refreshing spritz that almost feels like its a sparkling wine. Be a bit naughty and add vodka – served chilled.
