    Hand-picked, malolatic fermentation in barrel, aged for12 months in 100% French Oak Barriques.

    Minimal intervention when bottled.

    Tasting Comments

    A medium bodied easy drinking cabernet. The nose is plums, cherries, toffee & hints of the toasty oak.  The red fruites follow through to the palate with a velvet smooth initial mouth feel which tappers off through to the rear palate.
