    Sandy loam over limestone, alluvial flats and quartz gravel.

    Winemaking:
    Machine harvested at 1am to keep the berry’s supple. The Sauvignon Blanc was fermented in stainless steel to keep the finish clean and fresh which this style is renowned for.

    Tasting Comments:

    When you first smell this wine you want to bite it; the honeydew melon, lychees, pineapple and nanna’s passionfruit slice take you to a sensory overload.  Your mouth then gets it’s turn with the passion fruit ,zesty citrus and well balanced acid with ends with a firm mouth feel and a very clean finish.  A luscious wine best enjoyed in a day ending in "y".
