    Tasting Comments:

This is the first year we introduced our grafted Malbec and oh wow – hello taste sensation. The Malbec has altered the colour to a deep purple red with a bright magenta trim. The bouquet is that of spring fruits -black cherries, plums, raspberries, cassis and the perfumes of violet flowers.  The cabernet comes through with a full bodied mouth feel driven by rich black fruits, hints of vanilla and chocolate bean. Middle of the forrest grown oak makes the tannins and wine well balanced with an elegant finish.
